When an order is placed on our website, we collect specific information given to us by you, in order to fulfil it. The information we hold will consist of, but is not limited to the following: name, address, email address and telephone number, marketing preferences and a record of products purchased. A contact telephone number and email address is necessary to contact you regarding your order. This information is required to process and notify you of acceptance of your order. If you make a purchase online, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained in our Security section below.
