Loss and Damages
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of any damage. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time, please contact us immediately at info@casadextiles.com.

If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Returns and Exchanges
At Casa Dextiles, we want you to be thrilled with every purchase you make with us. Nevertheless, we recognise that sometimes you may need to make a return. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to cancel your order within 48 hours. Moreover, if you change your mind and want to return the item in its original condition, you can do so within 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item to us for a refund. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
It is important to note that there are certain items that are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in original packaging.
